After obtaining her bachelor of arts in political science and French from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, Josette Greechan entered the financial services industry as a lending officer with Chase Manhattan Bank. Shortly after joining the Chase branch system, she returned to the academic environment to pursue a Master of Business Administration in the evenings with concentrations in finance and marketing from New York University. By the time she earned her MBA several years later, Josette Greechan had found employment with the IBM Corporation in New York City and Westchester County, and later with IBM do Brazil in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Josette Greechan most recently served nearly three decades as a Senior Vice President with Merrill Lynch in White Plains, New York. In addition to receiving her registration as a securities broker and life insurance professional, she also achieved credentials as a Certified Financial Manager and Certified Financial Planner. Providing professional guidance to corporations and high net worth clients, she handled issues that ranged from financing property and equipment to developing general tax and retirement plans. Ms. Greechan also helped train new Merrill Lynch advisors and sat on the Diversity Advisory Council to Management.
Ms. Greechan recently joined Oppenheimer & Co. in their Stamford, CT office where she continues to work with corporations and high net worth clients, both domestically and internationally.
